World Book Day
Celebrate the Joy of Reading!
Next Thursday, 1 March, is World Book Day and children around the country will be celebrating the joy of reading. At Caterham, there will be some familiar literary characters to spot, a school-wide ‘Drop Everything and Read’, competitions aplenty and quizzes for all years. The Library will house a wonderful display to commemorate the centenary of the RAF to link with the Third Year sponsored read, and our Upper Sixth English pupils will be visiting the Pre-Prep Nursery to read to the youngest members of our school community. Please encourage your children to get involved where they can.
