Thrilling Stage Combat Workshop for Drama Scholars

Our Senior Drama scholars were treated to an exceptional Stage Combat workshop from Mark, founder of Squire Stage Combat, one of the country’s leading fight choreography companies. In only two hours the group whizzed through impressive stage moves covering ‘punches’ and ‘grapples’, as well as getting to grip with some swords! The pupils could have been forgiven for simply going through the motions on a Friday after school, but instead they absolutely rose to the occasion, giving it their all and genuinely impressing Mark with their quick learning, safe application and joy throughout the afternoon. What a start to a weekend!
