‘The Space They’re In’ at Camden Fringe Festival

The news is out! A cast of eight of our Senior Drama Scholars are taking their devised production, ‘The Space They’re In’ to the Camden Fringe Festival! Rehearsals began shortly before the Easter Holidays and we can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on.

Teenagers. They’re too sensitive, too careless, too dramatic. They don’t appreciate their youth, they don’t understand how hard things used to be and they don’t care enough about the world. They complain. They cry. They don’t tidy their rooms. They hand in their homework late and sometimes they’re talking to more than one boy at once.

‘The Space They’re In’ reclaims the narratives around being young, the spaces in which they exist, and what that means. What is it really like being a teenager in a world that inflicts violence upon you, imposes endless double standards and expects you to fix the problems created by your predecessors?

Devised by the group with inspiration taken from their own lives and experiences, ‘The Space They’re In’ is a funny, heartfelt and unflinching look at being a teenager in 2025.

Tickets are now on sale so please come and see these wonderful performers take London by storm on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 August! To purchase tickets, please go to:
