Support for Eusebia Hope Centre

Support for Eusebia Hope Centre

This September Mr Fahey and Mr Friend kindly rounded up spare sports kit for the 48 children and staff at the Eusebia Hope Centre, Igoji, Kenya.

Parent and Eusebia Hope supporter, Mrs Dunn, took it to the Centre last week as part of 100+kgs of Caterham community and other donations (parents donated quality second hand clothing, Vitaltone provided wholesale priced medications as well as valuable footwear from Sal’s Shoes).

The Caterham Badminton coaching jackets have been given a new lease of life to keep Centre staff dry during the rainy season. There are some hugely talented runners at the Centre, competing at Meru county level despite little in the way of kit / training and so the donated sports kit is very gratefully received.
