Support for Applications to Universities Down Under
We were delighted to welcome Study Options Director, Stefan Watts to Caterham School last week. Stefan runs a free, independent support programme for any pupil considering applying to some of the worlds top universities in Australia and New Zealand. Funded by the universities themselves, Stefan and his team advise and guide potential applicants through the amazing range of opportunities open to them down under. This includes choosing the right course and university for your preferred subjects, completion of application forms, help with sponsorships as well as looking at the practicalities associated with accommodation, visas and travelling halfway around the world.
This year we have a record nine pupils looking at these prestigious institutions in subject areas such as vet science and Engineering to PPE, Maths and Business at Sydney, Monash, Melbourne and the University of New South Wales in Australia and Auckland and Wellington in New Zealand. It was a privilege to be able to listen to Stefan, whose knowledge of the application system was invaluable.
