Second Year Challenge Day
Just before half term, 90 pupils took part in the Second Year Challenge Day. The day formed an important part of the Second Year challenge scheme which all pupils take part in during their Second Year at Caterham School. Pupils had to run 5km, swim 20 lengths of the pool and make friendship bracelets and write letters to our partner school in Tanzania. The sun shone all day and the pupils put 100 percent into the different challenges. There were some excellent PBs, as well as superb performances from pupils who pushed themselves to the limit to complete the tasks. Fun was also had during some rounders matches in the afternoon. The next and final challenge will take place in Arts Week, when pupils will walk from Box Hill back to School!
