New PB Brings Triple Jump Podium for Ava

Congratulations to Ava W (Third Year) on a fantastic performance at the South London Athletes Network Indoor Christmas Championships, which took place last weekend. In the Triple Jump, she smashed her previous PB of 9.17m, achieving 9.85m jump and securing her 3rd place. Earlier this year, Ava set a new Surrey and Sussex record with her 9.17m jump, which placed her 25th in the country and 4th in the South East region for Indoor Triple Jump. Her recent performance is likely to move her up the rankings to potentially place her in the top 15 nationally for the U15 Girls’ indoor Triple Jump category.
