Mindful Mondays & Yoga Thursdays
As part of our established Wellbeing programme, starting next week, we are putting on weekly Mindfulness and Yoga ‘drop-in’ sessions just for our Upper Sixth Form pupils. As they focus on study in the run-in to their A Levels in May and June, we want to ensure they have additional opportunities to relax and to keep things in perspective. The Mindfulness drop-in takes place each Monday from 8.20am – 8.50am in the Wilberforce Hall, while on Thursdays after school there will be Yoga in the Dance Studio (girls 4.00pm – 4.30pm, boys from 4.30pm to 5.00pm).
