Fantastic Music Exams results!
This term saw the entry of 42 pupils for music exams. All pupils passed, with a huge number achieving merits or distinctions – incredible!
Pupils from across the Senior and Prep Schools, from Year 4 to Upper Sixth, produced a remarkable set of music examination results from the Associated Board of The Royal Schools of Music (Instrumental and Singing) and Trinity College London (Musical Theatre). This is reflective of the impressive talent and dedication of all our pupils, along with a dedicated consort of inspiring Visiting Music Teachers. It is amazing to see such huge achievements from pupils who contribute so much to the Music Department – not only have they worked so hard to attain these exam results, but they are also members of bands, orchestras, choirs and perform as soloists, while also participating in weekly music events throughout the school. Their magnificent results, which have been achieved under stressful exam conditions, are indicative of the astounding skills and abilities of our pupils and are hugely deserved.
Congratulations go to all our pupils for their hard work whatever their result. Special recognition goes to those awarded the highest level of distinction:
Senior pupils – Elise B, Rosie B, Connie M, Poppy R, Yu-In T
Prep pupils – Humphrey D-B, Freddie H, Kiera L, Jacob R
