CATTalk: Remembrance and the War on Terror

In the wake of the collapse of Afghanistan and the twentieth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, and in the midst of the season of Remembrance, we will discuss how the War on Terror has been commemorated in the last twenty years. How have the practices and meanings associated with remembrance been adapted to accommodate terrorism and the 21^st-century War on Terror, and what questions remain in this process?
