Study Buddy

Caterham’s national award-winning Study Buddy restarted in earnest this week.

Over 350 students packed the Pye Centre and the Refectory to launch this year’s peer to peer mentoring scheme. Well over 100 Lower Sixth volunteers have joined the Upper Sixth buddies after a training programme that taught them coaching techniques such as deep listening and challenging questioning.
